dr saheb, thx for contributing to the blog site. Needlines to say, I always knew few lines by you, like these, would contain loads of meaning.
I dont know gurbani much but I know only few lines,which closely relate to the thoughful lines you wrote and which I try to follow, " Sikhan di sir niwa, mat uchhi" ( i hope the lines are correct)--wise men are largely or should be humble.
There are another lines which also can be mentioned in the same context.
Animals keep their wisdom outside men keep it inside
also:
small minds talk about people medium minds talk about events great minds talk about ideas
