Signs

Deepika Bugalia

This morning, something very strange happened.. i was leaving home to come to office... i stopped by to say bye to Saksham, my two yr old neighbour.. an old man in the adjacent house kept looking at us saying things that were inaudible...i presumed he was also talking to Saksham (like ppl generally do..talking to children!) I smiled at him, said my final bye to Saksham in a baby voice, and started walking towards the car..

He hissed to me, "DO you believe in God?" I was taken aback, but smiled... No, I said.. I do not believe in God. You should, he is always with you. i can see him, he said.

I believe in an energy.. i don't know what name to give him, but i don't believe he is Ram or Krishna..They were rulers or Kings..basically people..

That you can decide..At your age you can experiment. You also have so many things to divert your energies in. But never forget to remember God, you can do it at any time of the day..just try doing it...

Hmm..ok, I said, still awed.

I am 93 years, n i have experienced God.. You will so too, he said.

I remebered i was getting late to office...i smiled for a bye, started my car and drove away..

I get two signals on the way. Most of the time i get both of them red, sometimes at least one.

Today, i drove past both the green signals.....

So , after passing both green signals have you started believing in god. i am sure he does not manage them(signals). I hope next time you would get better signal of his presence.

dear sachin,,,For an optimist, even a small sign is enough...but for a pessimist or a non-believer, even if God appears, he/show wont belive it.
